Abba Voyage

The gorgeous weather and risk of rail strikes resulted in us deciding to drive and park up at Westfield Stratford City shopping centre rather than taking the train. It took about 2.5hours but that was in the sun, with the roof down so really other pleasant, despite someone reversing into the car in the shopping centre!

A subway, a wander round the shops, Vikki got her AirPods replaced and the most bizarrely presented ice cream (like petals) before we headed for a walk to see where we needed to go later.

We then (finally) found somewhere for dinner and had an interesting Mexican, for once it was Steve who was the fussy one sending back his food because it had black beans in it!

The show was absolutely amazing, lots of singing, great atmosphere and lots of the audience in costumes. We finished up with a late night McDonalds (literally where they closed it behind us) before the drive home, which Vikki slept most of!
